How do you capture the attention of an energetic 5 year old? How do you build a product that is equally enjoyable for children and parents alike? More importantly, how do you design something for children to play with and parents to trust?
Brush’s design journey was filled with many questions and endless trips to Port Discovery Children’s Museum, where I conducted site visits and empathy interviews to fully understand the user and their cognitive and ergonomic abilities beyond literary research and define product needs and priorities.
